Why are we asking this information?

It is important for us to us know that people from all backgrounds and communities feel comfortable coming into Comics Youth CIC and/or volunteering with us. It is also often a condition of our funding that we monitor the demographics of our staff, volunteers and service users. However, all of the questions remain optional and if you choose not to answer any this will not affect your volunteering.

We are currently taking steps to ensure Comics Youth CIC can be an inclusive place for all volunteers, and in doing so we are making a commitment to embody anti-racism and to challenge misogyny, ageism, transphobia, biphobia and disabled discrimination within our work.
